RWM Waste Minimisation Challenge

Working as a team you will spend the day as the management team of a fictional Local Authority or District Council. Using the information provided you will have to demonstrate how your team have improved waste services within your authority or council, increased the amount of waste which is diverted from landfill effectively whilst keeping control of budgets and spending.

You will have to work with other teams to achieve your goals. Our expert assessors will be on hand throughout the day to monitor your performance and provide feedback.
